Customer Service Training

As an employee of a Mammoth Lakes business, you are the most important part of customer service in our area. The Chamber has prioritized training for employees and employers in town through our Peak Performance Program — a combination of training resources and in-person speaker trainings. We offer this training for free to members and non-members, but we encourage any business taking advantage of our training to join the Chamber to support our efforts to elevate customer service in our area.

Our training materials have been very useful to local business owners over the past few years. Andrea Walker, owner of Stellar Brew, had her employees complete our online training and had this to say:
