Private Bedroom & Bathroom Rental

The house comes furnished in the common areas.  The room has a queen bed, FireTV, (can load apps) desk, and “dresser” The dresser is an 8 cubie and an exposed makeshift closet, as you can see in the pic as well as the hallway closet on the second floor

(bedroom is on the third floor). The desk and dresser can be removed. The tenant's bathroom is on the second floor, which is also the "guest bathroom" which has a shower/tub, sink, and toilet.  The tenant gets one parking spot in the garage and half the shelving. There is a washing machine and dryer in the garage as well. There is space for bikes too.

Utilities would be split in half, internet, propane, and electric.

No additional pet allowed, there is already a 10-year-old dog residing in the house.
