One of the cornerstones of the Mammoth Lakes Chamber of Commerce is helping the business community provide excellent customer service to their customers. Whether those customers are visitors or locals, we want to see our businesses thrive by giving clients a reason to return and spread the word about a positive experience at a business.
We hold trainings throughout the year for both the management/owner level and frontline, guest facing employees. Each November the Chamber brings in an expert, from the outside the community, to hold customer service workshops and educate our business community on how to provide a better guest experience. We are a world-class ski resort, and our goal is providing world-class customer service!
